Beautiful sunset with Polar Stratosferic Clouds and all colours of the rainbow. This fenomena happens about 20-25 km up in the atmosfere in the middle of the winter when the air moves fast, in the sunset and a little after. You can see the sun in the pictures lower left.

I am living in the south-eastern part of Norway. The name of my village is Engelsviken, and the nearest town is Fredrikstad. I am working with civil engineering and my hobbies is training and photographing. When training, I like running, cross-country skiing, mountain-biking and kayaking. In 2009 I did the Birkebeiner Trippel for the first time. |
